NZXT S340: Is it the best budget case out there?

So, the time came for me to buy my first computer case, and I chose very wisely, very wisely indeed.
I'd heard a lot of good things about this case in advance from sources such as Linus Tech Tips, but little did I know that I'd under estimated this fine piece of engineering. I thought it would be nice to look at, and not much else, I expected shoddy placment of motherboard stand-offs, and sharp edges to make my fingers bleed, but I was wrong.
This case on the outside isn't nice to look at, its beautiful. Simple lines, nice material, and a good sized window to see all of your lovely components. On top, there are quality headphone and microphone ports, and two standard USB 3.0 ports along side a HDD activity light, and finally a power button that looks like a halo at night thanks to the white LED round the edge of it. Further back we have space for a 120mm or 140mm fan, nothing special. Although it must be said, that the matt black finish on top of the case is shockingly easy to scratch.
While on the subject of cooling, the front of the case can happily take two 120mm or 140mm fans and I've heard from other sources that the likes of the Corsair H100i fit happily in the front also. Over these fans theres a lovely magnetic air filter which collects more dust than you'd think, unlike the filter below the case which looks like a bodged after thought. However one good thought that's on the bottom side of the case are the nice large feet of the case that would raise your machine high enough off the carpet for it to get good if not great ventalation.
Round the back you have space for a 120mm fan only, and a nice seven PCI slots with shields held on by thumb screws. Under that you'll find a bracket to hold the power supply in place, the bracket itself holds to the case with four captive thumb screws which is an inovation in itself, these screws also hold on the two sides of the case.
Behind the motherboard tray there's plenty of space to hide your cables, as well as lots of mounting points for zip ties and velcro straps, also there's a white piece of metal to hide cables behind, which again doubles up as structure support for the case.
Inside the case there is space below a shield for your power supply, cables, two 3.5" hard drive bays, and one 2.5" hard drive bay. On top of the shield (which is finished in the same horrible black paint as the top of the case) there is space to show off another two 2.5" hard drives incase you want to show them off, and enough space for a pretty beastly build.
Finally, would I give this case my seal of approval? Yes, I think I would, although I dont have a lot to compare it to, I can't imagine many more case for only £55 (Amazon UK) to have as many features and look as tidy as this one.
