I'm sure you all know what a USB stick is, if not then you're probably in the wrong place. Essentially it's a tiny little storage device you can plug into any computer with a USB port to use as extra storage or transfer files to other computers.
There are thousands of differerant USB sticks out their to choose from that are differed by capacity and generation of USB connection, but what separates one USB from another if the specs are the same? Well hopefully I can give you a few things to think about.
When I'm buying a USB stick I tend to look for the follow. Can I put it on a keyring? Can I lose the lid? Does it look durabe? Does it stand out? Only when I get the right answer to all of those do I consider it, after that it's just a matter of finding the cheapest.
The SC B30 scores a respectable 3/4 from these questions. Unfortunately you can't put it on a keyring, although it does have a hole, I think its design more for a linyard as it's quite small. The B30 has a clever rotating cover instead of a lid which cannot be detached which saves a lot of hastle. It seems very durable thanks to a solid design made from a mix of metal and hard plastic. Finally, it does stand out although its black, that shiny aluminium cover makes it very easy to find on light and dark surfaces.
The B30 comes in 16gb, 32gb, 64gb, and 128gb capacity with USB 3.0 functionalities which makes it very fast, and potentially large enough to store a lot of files!
All in all this is a great USB stick with only the one flaw which isn't a major one! Because of that I can't help but recommend it to you!
