August MS625 - Better than the MS515's?

So, these speakers may seem extremely familiar to you, and there’s good reason for that. The system is in fact almost identical to another set of August speakers, the MS515’s.

If you read my review on the 515’s you will know that I was impressed by them however I would have changed a few things, and by the looks of it August have listened to my prayers.

The system is in fact just as good if not better sound quality wise than the 515’s, plenty of base and crisp, clear sound. The main difference comes in term of functionality, as I will now explain.

The MS515’s used to connect to each other via an AUX cable which worked perfectly well but wasn’t the most convenient thing in the world, whereas the MS625’s connect to each other via Bluetooth which sounds amazing and makes life so much easier.

But what about the build quality? Well before I had to send the first pair of MS515’s back as there was a rattling noise, however they got replaced no questions asked. Well the MS625’s seem to be just fine, no problems as of yet and hopefully this means August have upped the build quality of their products.

All in all I would highly recommend these speakers for almost any use, they sound amazing and are extremely easy to use.
