Power banks are becoming a must have to anyone who doesn't still have a Nokia brick phone, this is because smart phones batteries simply do not last as long as the average consumer requires them to, and depending on your lifestyle, theres lots of ways getting around this. The most popular however is to get your hands on one of these!
RAVPOWER offer this 3350mAH 'lipstick' style power bank to the sort of person who needs one daily charge, this will easily charge any smart phone to one full charge, the only catch is as you can imagine, it'll need charging ideally overnight, every night, along side your smart phone, which hopefully isn't an issue.
The unboxing experience for this box was very pleasurable. The device comes in a plane brown box thats sleeved with another piece of card with all of the vital information about the product on it. Inside the box is the battery itself, along with a manual and a micro USB cable all held in a plastic tray.
The bank comes somewhat pre charged, and took about 10-15 minutes to go from that to full. The instructions suggest charging the battery with a 5v 1a AC plug, and charging it at least once every 6 months to maintain the batteries condition. The power bank charges at the speed you would imagine it to, meaning you won't be waiting hopelessly for your device to have enough power to function.
The device feels very well made from aluminium and plastic, so hopefully it can survive being buried in a handbag which is where I imagine this product will end up from most customers due to its size and style.
It's available in black, blue, pink and gold so there should be one to suit most peoples taste, and match most peoples other accessories. All of these colours are accented with white ends and logo which really sets the whole thing off, and the aluminium really makes the colour pop.
All in all I love this product, its worth getting if the capacity is good enough for you, if not then RAVPOWER offer other power banks which I'm sure you will find to your satisfactory!
