The light comes very well packaged in recycling friendly packaging, making the unboxing experience slightly plain but satisfying non the less. The box shows all the important information about the light that you would need to know if you were buying it off the shelf. Inside the box, the light is securely held in place in a faithful manor, it would be difficult for the light to get damaged in shipping. Also in the box are two 3M sticky pads for mounting, along with two sets of screws, one of witch is for masonry mounting, the other being wood mounting.

The light itself gives off a good first impression, the quality of materials used feels of a good standard and something to be found in a quality household. The lamp is stylish, and thanks to its smooth and sleek style, will fit in no matter what colour your walls are.

The lamps sensor has a 140 degree detection angle, and can pick up motion up to 5 metres away. The brightness is spot on as well, 25LM. Bright enough to see in the dark, but not so bright that it blinds you when you're half asleep stumbling across the house. There's an easy to use switch on the back allow you to switch between three settings, on, off, and auto. Another clever feature I've found is that it has two LED's on the bottom (or top depending on which way you decide to mount it) that projects light downwards onto the floor to save you tripping on toys or anything else that may litter your floors.

To power the light, you need four AA batteries which are NOT provided. It has a life span of up to 80,000 hours (lit), which if you think about the amount of time it'll actually be on, is a very long time! All in all, the light in my opinion is brilliant and should definitely be used to light your home in the night to make things safer, and who can put a price on safety? This is a truly brilliant product.
